How do I get my site hosted here?

You don't. Unless you know us. In which case, you can ask. Nicely. Think of it this way; if you have an email address, it's probably more likely to happen.

What kind of sites can I have?

We don't really mind, but keep to the Lab6 ideals (whatever they might be). Obviously nothing too offensive and certainly nothing you're going to make money from.

Once again, exactly how responsible are you for the things on hosted pages?

Not at all. I repeat: anything on any of the hosted pages is the opinion (or perhaps even the fact) of the respective authors, NOT Lab6.

What's the catch?

Just a link back to Lab6. Don't worry, it scains, so it's not going to mess up your page. If it really clashes with the design, we could always make a customised one for you.
